RESEP  dan  Bahan

1. BROWNIES KUKUS

Brownies is a famous rich chocolate cake. Now PONDAN presents Steamed Brownies Mix for easy and quick serving brownies for your beloved family.

Ingredient :

• Wheat flour
• Corn Starch
• Sugar
• Skim milk powder
• Emulsifier (E471, E472b, E477)
• Baking powder
• Cocoa powder
• Chocolate flavour
• Food colour:
  Brilliant blue (E 133)
  Sunset Yellow (FCF E 110)
  Tartrazin (E 102)

Tips :
If desired, you can add 1½ tablespoons rhum into the batter at the 4th step.

How to make : 

• PUT Chocolate block, margarine & butter altogether in a bowl then melt them on a boiled water mediation.
• HEAT UP steamer until water is boiled.
• BEAT eggs at high speed for 3 minutes until foamy.
• ADD Cake mix Steam Brownies cake mix, then beat at high speed for 4 minutes until mixture is thick. ADD cooled melted chocolate butter into the mixture then mix them well until even using wooden spatula.
• I. Grease all sides and bottom of pan with margarine. POUR 1/3 part of mixture into 20x20 cm square pan then steam it for 10 minutes.
  II. POUR the other 2/3 part of mixture onto cooked cake then steam it again for another 25 minutes until done.
• Your Brownies is done when tooth pick inserted in center comes out clean.
  CUT steamed Brownies as desired. Ready to serve.

2. VANILA CHIFFON

Komposisi :

• Tepung terigu,
• Tepung jagung,
• Gula halus ,
• Susu skim bubuk
• Pengemulsi,
• Baking powder ,
• Aroma vanilla ,
• Pewarna makanan : Biru Berlian CI 42090 & Tartrasin CI 19140.

3. PANCAKE 

Ingredients :

• Wheat flour
• Sugar 
• Skim milk powder   
• Corn starch 
• Baking powder 
• Perisa Vanila 
• Salt 
• Food colour :
  Tartrasin CI 191740
  Kuning FCF CI 15985

TIPS for best result :

• Always preheat the pan, and use medium heat during baking pancake.


• Spread margarine on the pan only for first baking, so that the pancake surface will be evenly golden brown.


• When you are making crepes, flatten the batter evenly so that the crepes can be filled and folded well.


• Enjoy crepes as soon as it is ready to serve.

How to Make :

• Cake mix Pancake, water, and egg altogether, stir well using a hand whisk.
• PREHEAT non sticky frying pan, pour 1 large spoon of batter into the center of pan. Cook until bubbles break on surface, turn and cook until golden. Repeat this step until all the batter used up
  SERVE with maple syrup or honey.

How to make Crepes :

• Cake mix Pancake , water and eggs altogether, stir well using a hand whisk.
• PREHEAT hotplate, pour 1 large spoon of batter into the center of pan. Flatten the batter using a flat-tipped wooden spatula with a circling move, so that the crepes skin will be large and thin.
• FILL the Crepes skin with garnishes (fried burger, sausages, chocolate sprinkles, or cheddar cheese) as desired. Then fold the Crepes skin (in the way we fold a dish towel). Your crunchy Crepes is ready to serve.
